Kris Ward is our Prep Baker with a passion for chocolate. With a background in baking and a soft spot for sweets, they make the incredibly difficult job of prep baking look easy.

Ash Marcus has been with ChocoAlbab Palam since the very beginning. With years of experience, an impeccable attention detail and a love for everything chocolate, they are the perfect Cake Icer.
Cake Icer
Charlie McMann has been working at ChocoAlbab Palam since our opening back in 2000. As one of the first people to join our Dessert Shop, we don't know where we'd be if it weren't for our amazing Cake Designer.
